The whole process of getting new windows and a door was easy! Everyone working at Northern was friendly, patient, and trustworthy. I didn’t feel pressured at all. The installation team was excellent and had great communication with me. Cleanup was thorough and we love our new windows and door!! While I hope I never need new windows again, if I do, I’ll use Northern again for sure.

Northern is the best in the business, I have hired them on three separate occasions for replacement windows, replace a flat roof on back of house and to do vinyl siding. Tim is very knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to work with, an instant friend. Their work crews do an excellent job, thank you. They also have a nice showroom in Goshen. I will certainly hire Northern again for future home improvements.

My experience with Northern Roofing has been completely positive. I have a very busy roof requiring a lot of ridges and valleys to be addressed. The team worked from early morning and requiring spot lights when leaving. We had a lot of plants that needed to be protected since we were on the Warwick Garden Tour in 2022 and used large tarps from the roof across the plants to another tarp for the debris to slide down. Another team kept on picking up old roofing materials filling a dumpster and a half over three days. The property was returned to original and in some areas even cleaner than before. Thanks for the great work.

We had Tim as our salesman and he was great. Tim made suggestions that were worth listening to. Anthony and Chris were the installers for our patio door. They were on time efficient and when they were done you didn’t know anyone was in our house. Very professional and knowledgeable. We used Northern Windows in our other home. Look no further. Northern Windows replaced the double windows in our 3 bedrooms. Yes – I did get a few estimates from different companies – but Northern Windows was clearly the best choice. From the initial consult, they were very professional, patient, and competitive in price. They explained every step – how long it would take – and all my options. The installers and on the day of installation – they couldn’t have been more professional. Explained everything, stayed out of our way – and went about their job with no problems. I even offered them lunch – which they declined. Very clean, quiet, and did a thoroughly fantastic job. There was a very microscopic tear in one of the screens and Ted said it was not acceptable – and he would get it replaced – but I couldn’t even see it. So incredibly professional and caring. Anderson might have a bigger name – but absolutely not worth it – Northern Window was great.

The first project was to replace the roof on a shed. The second project was to replace all of the windows in our home including a picture window with a bow window. Steve was the sales representative for each project. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable of the products. He was also helpful in discussing and selecting the different features and options for the projects, including the installation. All of the projects went smoothly and were accomplished on schedule.

The team did a wonderful job with replacing the windows.They also the one who measures each window to make sure the new ones fit properly. The team installed the new doors. They tended to all of the details including some unexpected issues which were resolved, on the spot without additional cost or impeding the schedule.

The products are of good quality. The installation and the workman ship are neat and thorough. Everything fits together, as you would expect it too, and looks great when completed. The people are courteous, and clean up/remove all dust and debris when they are through.

In summary we highly recommend Northern Windows and will use them again for our next project.

I think Northern Windows was the best choice for me. I had 4 other companies come to my home and just go on an on about the product and how I needed it rather than just hear what I was saying. Northern had a better sense and understanding of what needed to be done and not so much about how other companies fall short. The installers were even better than the initial visit. We had Blown Insulation in attic and crawl spaces as well as insulate the basement perimeter spaces between the floor joists. The team arrived on time. They were very neat given the messy nature of the job. They had to first remove all of the old insulation, air seal all gaps, then blow in the cellulose insulation. the job took four days. In that time the crew did their best to work around our schedules and respect our home. We noticed almost immediately a difference, no drafts. Based on the weatherization test before and after, we reduced by almost 45% the number of air exchanges. We should see a significant reduction in this old house’s oil consumption this winter. We have used them for our siding, windows, and roof. All the work they have done has been excellent in quality. They have always delivered at least what they promise and go the extra distance to make sure all is right. No high pressure sales and no selling what we don’t need. Lastly they honor their warranties, no questions asked. It is always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

The job went very well. Crew arrived on time, both days. The work wass professional, neat and clean. He swept up outside, used drop-cloths inside and vacuumed. I normally am skeptical of the lowest priced contractor but they gave me a list of all the addresses in Homestead Village where they replaced windows. Replaced six 32-year-old windows. I went to several homes and checked out their work and was impressed so I gave them the job. I have two storm door and an entry door that need replacing and plan to hire Northern again.
